No one makes tires like MICHELIN®. That’s because MICHELIN® recognizes that you need it all from your tires — safety, a comfortable ride, fuel efficiency, grip and control, toughness, and more. Safe, everyday driving demands it. Many of those performances naturally compete, and increasing one tends to decrease another. That’s not acceptable at MICHELIN®.

Passion, pride and performance are BFGoodrich® values that have stood the test of time. As a maker of superior performance tires, we’re proud to say we’ve been passionately performance-driven since the beginning.

It’s what led us on the pursuit of creating truck tires tough enough to tackle some of roughest terrain on the planet, yet still maintain excellent road manners. That’s why more champions of the grueling SCORE Baja races have won with BFGoodrich® tires and why the tire with more rock crawling victories bears the BFGoodrich® name.

BFGoodrich®'s performance prowess doesn't stop where the pavement starts. BFGoodrich® street tires have racked up impressive accomplishments over the years — from creating the first street tire to capture the pole position at the 24 Hours of Le Mans to creating an entirely new level of street tires, the extreme performance category. So it’s no wonder why top driving schools like Ford Mustang Racing School and Skip Barber High Performance Driving School, use BFGoodrich® tires exclusively.

Whatever thrill you’re chasing, BFGoodrich® tires will make sure your vehicle’s up to the challenge. The question is: Are you driver enough?

Shop BFGoodrich® tires with Millville Gas & Service for driving in Millville, MA, Woonsocket, RI, Uxbridge, MA, and areas near and far.

The Firestone Tire and Rubber Company was founded in 1900 by Harvey Firestone in the rubber capital of the world—Akron, Ohio. Harvey Firestone recognized the overwhelming potential for automobile tires, so he started mass producing them. Firestone started with only 12 employees, so the company understands the importance of the individual. Every driver wants something different—and Firestone is prepared to give it to them.

Firestone became the original equipment supplier to Ford Motor Company for the Model T in 1906, and Firestone continued producing tires for the replacement market, which kept the business growing until 1988. In 1988, Firestone was purchased by Bridgestone Tire Company, and is still owned by Bridgestone today.

Firestone Tire offers competitive pricing, a nationwide warranty, and a Firestone 30-day “buy & try” guarantee on all tires. Today, Harvey Firestone would be proud of how far his company has come. The General Tire and Rubber Company was founded in 1915 by William O’Neil and Winfred E. Fouse in Akron, Ohio, the rubber capital of the world. General Tire entered a booming market with over 300 competitors, so O’Neil and Fouse bypassed the original equipment (OE) market and moved straight on to focus on producing a quality replacement tire.

An early tire that General Tire released was the General Balloon Jumbo, a pneumatic truck tire that required only 12 pounds of air pressure. In 1955, General Tire entered the passenger car OE tire market as the tire supplier for General Motors.

The General Tire and Rubber Company underwent a name change to GenCorp, Inc. in 1984, then soon sold to Continental AG of Hanover, Germany in 1987. General Tire is currently a branch of Continental Tire North America, Inc. They still are one of the leaders in the pack for marketing, production, and development of superior tires.

General Tire still continues its tradition of manufacturing a comprehensive line of quality, ultra-high performing tires.

Goodyear formed an alliance with Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd. in 1999, which reestablished Goodyear as the largest tire manufacturer in the world.

Goodyear’s business philosophy has always been centered on becoming a “market-focused” tire company which provides quality services and products to consumers. Since its foundation, the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company’s values have been concentrated on one phrase: “Protect Our Good Name.” The company is dedicated to improving tire technology, as well as utilizing new-found knowledge in products that aim to further develop driving excellence.
